Welcome to Request.com. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Request.com platform, including all related services.
By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the platform.
- You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legally registered tourism company to use this platform.
- By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Each company is allowed a single account. Multi-device access is limited by your subscription plan.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Access to the platform is subscription-based with various tiers offering different feature sets.
- All subscription fees are payable in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or yearly).
- Auto-renewal is enabled by default and can be managed through your account settings.
Refund Policy
All subscription fees are non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. No refund will be issued for unused time.
You agree NOT to:
- Copy, redistribute, or commercialize any platform content without written consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt platform operations.
- Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
While we strive to ensure all pricing and service data is accurate, Request.com does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information listed.
Users are responsible for verifying all details directly with the respective service providers before making business decisions.
All content, branding, features, and technology within the platform are the exclusive property of Request.com and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any platform content is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Request.com shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
Request.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Giza.
