This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are handled for subscriptions purchased on Request.com. By subscribing, you agree to the terms described below.
Important: Please review all terms before making any subscription purchase.
All subscription fees are non-refundable.
Once a subscription is purchased, the fee is considered final. You will retain access to all features included in your plan for the duration of the subscription period, regardless of usage.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Unused time remaining on an active subscription.
- Plan downgrades during an active billing cycle.
- Account inactivity or failure to use the platform.
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error.
If a charge was made without your authorization, subject to verification and investigation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for the remaining time on your current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your paid period.
